Shri Dani, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitoner has taken back the case papers and No Objection from him 7-8 months back. It appears from the record that the petitoiner has not engaged any lawyer of his choice thereafter.

Thus, it appeares that the petitioner is not interested in pursing the present writ petition, accordingly it is dismissed for want of prosecution. No orders as to costs.
