The Claimants/applicants have placed on record order passed on Civil Application No.3909 of 2018 in First Appeal No.921 of 2018 wherein, under the same project and same village, the amount was permitted to be withdrawn.

In view of above, the Original Claimants/applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
