Respondent no.1/claimant has preferred this application and prayed for withdrawal of compensation amount. Earlier the claimant has withdrawn 50% amount and now he is seeking to withdraw the remaining amount. The total compensation deposited by appellants is Rs.6,19,605/-.

Considering the said aspect and for the reasons stated in the application, respondent no.1 /

Order 0912caf4131.19 claimant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount of 50%, on his furnishing solvent surety to that extent to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No costs.
