Shri Shiras, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the respondent no.1-Bank has not initiated the proceedings under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 against the petitioner and if such proceedings are initiated, the petitioner would avail the remedy of filing an appeal under Section 17 of the Act of 2002. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
