Applicant - a convict is seeking condonation of delay of 313 days caused in challenging the order of conviction dated 31.7.2023 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is in jail from 2017 till date. According to us this is a sufficient reason to condone the delay for giving an opportunity to contest the order of convict on merit.
