NOVEMBER 10, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By this application, the applicant is seeking extension of time for deciding dispute pending before the learned Arbitrator. It is pointed out that time earlier granted has already expired. In fact, by order dated 03/01/2020 time was extended by six months and thereafter, no progress was shown in the proceeding on account of the fact that the parties have tried to settle their dispute.

3) Now, it was pointed that the matter is not settled. It is further pointed out that evidence has already been recorded and it will not take more time to decide the proceeding. 4) In view thereof, let the Arbitrator to decide the proceeding prior to 30/04/2026.
