Remaining amount of 50% compensation is permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is disposed of. F.A. No.1002 of 2014 Shri C. R. Najbile, learned counsel states that respondent No.3 has expired and is survived by respondent Nos.1,2 and 4. Shri V. G. Palshikar, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to delete the name of respondent No.3. Permission is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
