Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he had challenged the order of the acquittal by preferring this appeal, however, a delay of 15 days was caused in preferring the appeal, said appellant was not in a financial condition to approach the counsel and to file an appeal and therefore, he could not file an appeal within the limitation period.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application which appear to be just and reasonable, the delay caused by the preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
