This application was taken up for final hearing and Mr. Mardikar, learned counsel for applicants was heard for quite some time. He submits that applicants wish to withdraw present application in order to file an application for discharge after charge-sheet is filed by the investigating officer.

The investigating officer is permitted to file charge-sheet since we are revoking the order dated 03.10.2016.
