Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.170 of 2017 registered against the applicants for offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail.

Crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Azim Khan that because of dispute between the complainant and the applicants, who are neighbours, over flow of waste water, the applicants assaulted the complainant and the applicant No.1 gave blow on head of the complainant by an iron rod because of which the complainant sustained fracture of skull.

The facts on record show that the quarrel took place on the spur of moment. The applicants claim to be labourers and have stated that they are not involved in any other crime/offence.

2 aba562.17 In the facts of the case, the following order is passed :

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.170 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicants be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- each.

The applicant No.1 - Shaikh Junaid S/o Shaikh Rauf Qureshi shall attend the police station Deolgaon Raja, District - Buldhana, on 14th August and 21st August, 2017 between 10.00 a. m. to 3.00 p. m..
