It has been brought to my notice that in paragraph no.3 of the order dated 20/01/2022, name of Advocate Shri Maheshwari is wrongly recorded in place of Advocate Shri Mirache. Name of Advocate Shri Mirache, to be substituted in place of Advocate Shri Maheshwari.

Necessary correction be carried out in the said order.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.2242 OF 2021 By this application, the appellant has sought to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent no.2/original claimant in Claim Petition No.183 of 1999.

Shri Mirache, Advocate, who has waived service on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent no.2, has no objection. In view of the said statement and also considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Abatement as against respondent is set aside and legal representatives of respondent no.2 are allowed to be brought on record. Cause title to be amended on or before the next date.

The application stands disposed of in above terms.
