By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the respondent-Company dated 16/05/2014, transferring the petitioner from Nagpur Urban Zone to Bhandara Circle. Though we uphold the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondents against the tenability of the writ petition after a lapse of more than two years from the date of the impugned order, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents should decide the application/representation of the petitioner to retain/ transfer her in Nagpur Circle considering the fact that she is physically challenged, needs to be granted.

Hence, though we decline to entertain the petition against the challenge to the transfer order after more than two years, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the respondentCompany to decide the application/representation of the petitioner for her transfer in Nagpur Circle, considering the fact that she suffers from physical disability, within eight weeks.
