This petition takes exception to the order dated 17.06.2022 passed by the respondent No.1.

The order impugned in this petition is in relation to mutation entries/revenue entries. It is not in dispute that the title suit in relations to land in question is pending. It is well settled that mutation entries do not confer any right and title in favour of any one nor cancellation of mutation entries extinguishes the right and title of rightful owner.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. [N.R. BORKAR, J.] nd.thawre
