A. S. CHANDURKAR, J.

DATE :

04th October, 2017 The learned counsel for the applicants has filed a Pursis today stating therein that on 30th June, 2015, a registered notice was issued to the applicant no.2 calling upon her to respond to said notice for giving instructions. She was informed that the learned counsel intended to withdraw his Vakalatnama. This notice has been duly served on Yogesh Girase who was the original complainant.

It appears that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the present proceedings as no counsel has thereafter entered appearance for more than two years.

Shri A. Y. Gurde, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor is present for respondent no.2.

The application, therefore, stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
