Shri A.M. Ghare, Advocate for the applicant/ petitioner. Ms. N.P. Mehta, Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents/ State. CORAM : A. S. CHANDURKAR AND URMILA JOSHI - PHALKE , J J .

D ATE : NOVEMBER 25 , 202 2 .

We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and we have gone through the documents as sought to be relied upon by filing Civil Application No. 964/2022. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. Consideration of grounds raised would require re-opening of the entire proceedings. We find that it would not be permissible for the applicant to rely upon material that was not referred to while deciding the Writ Petition. Hence, the application for review is dismissed with no order as to costs. (URMILA JOSHI - PHALKE, J.) (A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) SUMIT AGRAWAL
