DATED : 18-12-2024 Having heard for some time and having gone through the record and since none appears for the respondents, the purpose of filing petition will be served, if it is clarified that the respondents - original plaintiffs are permitted to pursue the remedy of obtaining electricity connection to their house in terms of impugned order dated 4-1-2018 passed below Exhibit 5 in R.C.S. No. 45/2017 by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Sakoli with a rider that the electricity pole, if any, will not be erected on the way/paywat leading to the house of the parties. 2.

With the above clarification, the petition is disposed of.
