As per order dated 11/11/2025, this Court appointed Justice A.B. Choudhari, Retired Judge of the Bombay High Court, as the sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties and directed the Registry to obtain his consent letter and disclosure statement in accordance with law. In response, vide communication dated 02/12/2025, the proposed Arbitrator has conveyed his willingness to act as Arbitrator and has forwarded his consent letter and disclosure statement as required under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In the wake of the said consent letter, the purpose of filing the present application stands served. The application is accordingly disposed of.
