The registration of the present appeal was refused vide order dated 04.07.2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). The appellant has filed Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.15316/2024 challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). There is a delay of 385 days in filing the Misc. Civil Application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 385 days is condoned.

Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO .15316/2024 :

The order dated 04.07.2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed for the reasons stated

The Misc. Civil Application be registered as per Chapter V, Rule 6 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. The appellant is directed to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the delay, the appellant will not be entitled for interest on the compensation i.e. market value and other statutory benefits for the period of delay.
