The matter is called out again. Nobody for the petitioner even on second call.
Shri Rao, learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 & 2. He points out that Shri Tambde, learned counsel appeared for respondent Nos. 3 & 4 when the matter was called out earlier and has opposed any adjournment.
The learned AGP also states that the records show that the petitioner was very much present before Respondent No. 2 - Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society, Motala, Dist. Nanded, when the proceedings under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, were taken up.
In this situation, we dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution.
