Since the applicant himself has given an undertaking that he would not be filing any application for modification of the terms and conditions of the order, this application is not tenable and, therefore, deserves to be rejected. However, the clarification that could be given is that the applicant has not been prevented by the order dated 14/12/2015 from entering his agricultural field for carrying out various agricultural operations therein. The application stands rejected with clarification that the applicant is free to enter his agricultural field only for the purpose of carrying out agricultural operations therein and after the purpose is over, he shall return to the place where he is presently residing and while doing so he shall not, in any manner, enter or attempt to enter the limits of village Kopamandavi Tah. Kelapur, Distt. Yavatmal.
