DATED : 21/01/2021 By this application, the applicants/respondent nos.1-A to 1-D are sought to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant along with interest.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the applicant nos. 1-A to 1-D are permitted to withdraw 75% of compensation amount deposited by the appellant alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) to the effect that they will refund the amount with interest, in the event the appellant succeeds in the appeal.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
