Last paragraph of order dated 06/09/2013 shall be corrected to read that " The respondents shall remove all articles from Flat Nos. 'A' & 'C' on or before 21/09/2013." F.A.No.622 of 2009 As the valuation for the purposes of jurisdiction of Spl.C.S.No.1309 of 1998 is shown Rs.11,00,000/-, in view of provisions of the Maharashtra Act XXII of 2015, the appeal has to be heard by the District Court, Nagpur. Accordingly F.A.No.622 of 2009 is transferred to the District Court, Nagpur for hearing in accordance with law. Record and proceedings be also sent along with the appeal. Order accordingly.
