DATE : November 18, 2021 Civil Application No.149 of 2021 Perused the application and heard the learned counsel. It is not in dispute that the applications moved by the petitioners were for grant of trading licence and not for its renewal. Hence in the order dated 29/10/2021 following corrections shall be made :

In the fourth line of the first paragraph word 'renewal' shall be replaced by word 'grant' and word 'their' be deleted. In the fourth line of the second paragraph word 'renewal' shall be replaced by words 'grant of licence'. In the second line of the third paragraph word 'renewal' shall be replaced by word 'licence' and in last line of the same paragraph word 'renewal' be replaced with words 'grant of licence. On second page of the order in the third line of the second paragraph word 'renewal' be replaced with word
