By this petition, the petitioner has sought direction against respondent no.2 -SLAO to decide the application filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the decision has been taken by the SLAO and award has been passed and as such, the petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement, the writ petition stands disposed of as rendered infructuous.
