The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings filed by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act are pending since January, 2020.

In case the application filed by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act (page 10) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all parties KOLHE
