This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated 13/03/2013 passed by the Land Acquisition Authority, Nagpur in Case No.1133/ATM/AMT/ 2018. The applicant is ready to deposit the entire decreetal amount in this Court.

On the applicant depositing the entire decreetal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed during pendency of the proceedings.
