The applicants have filed this proceeding on 23.07.2018 challenging the First Information Report vide Crime No.180/2018, registered with Police Station, Telhara, District Akola for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was registered in view of the report lodged by non applicant no.2.

Though notices were issued on 08.01.2019, from the reply filed on behalf of the investigating officer, which is dated 14.01.2019, it appear that even prior to the issuance of notices, investigation was completed and charge-sheet was filed vide charge-sheet no.87/2018 on

apl662.18.odt 23.12.2018. Copy of reply was also given to the learned counsel for applicants on 21.12.2019. In spite of the receipt of the same, till today, no steps were taken by the applicants to challenge the charge-sheet. Consequently, there is no challenge to the charge-sheet.
