DATE : October 04, 2019 Shri S. P. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions does not press the challenge to the order dated 31/07/2019. He submits that in view of the subsequent communication dated 22/08/2019 seeking to terminate the services of the petitioner, the proceedings pending before the Industrial Court be directed to be decided expeditiously. Considering the aforesaid request made on behalf of the petitioner and as the challenge to the impugned order is not being pressed, the proceedings in Complaint ULP No.156/2019 are expedited. The same be decided preferably within period of six months from today.
