On 11 March 2022, the following order was passed : "The learned counsel for the Respondents point out that the Petition itself is of 47 pages, however, the amendment application runs into almost 500 pages. It is also pointed out that the Petitioners have no personal cause.

The petition is not styled as PIL after following the Rules. All the petitioners have not signed the Petition. It is also not discernible whether all the Petitioners have paid the court fees. We could have dismissed the Writ Petition for want of any locus on the part of the Petitioners or any legal injury, however, since a request is made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, stand over to 25 March 2022. To be listed under the caption of 'dismissal'. 2.
A request is made on behalf of the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty.

Once the Petition is being withdrawn after we have observed that the Petitioners do not have locus or legal entity, there is no question of granting any liberty to the Petitioners.
We, however, make it clear that the controversy raised in the Petition is kept open.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
