In short, it is his case that without following due procedure of law the iron sheet shed in question was demolished. He thus prays for direction to the authority to decide the issue involved. 3.

In the light of the argument advanced, we direct the respondentauthorities to treat the present petition as representation and decide it within a period of eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the petition along with the copy of the order passed today before the authorities concerned within a period of one week from today.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
