The applicant is challenging the judgment and order of acquittal passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, thereby the non applicant came to be acquitted of an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. I have perused the application. The appeal is of 2017 only. Much older appeals are pending before this Court, in which appellants either are in jail or are on bail. There is no hard pressing reason stated in the application for out of turn hearing. Hence, the application is rejected. JUDGE kahale
