14th SEPTEMBER, 2022 By this application, the applicants are seeking modification of order dated 15/07/2022, whereby, while partly allowing the Revision Application, the applicants in the present application were granted time of two months from the date of the order to deposit the requisite court fee on the value of the property, which is subject matter of the sale deed for the relief of declaration as per Section 6(iv)(ha) of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959, failing which the plaint was directed to be rejected.

By this application, the applicants submit that they have been making attempts to arrange for payment of court fees, but, if further time is granted in the interest of justice, they would be able to comply with the direction given by this Court. Accordingly, modification of the aforesaid order is sought on behalf of the applicants.

Having heard the learned counsel for the rival parties, in the interest of justice, the time period for depositing court fees in terms of order dated 15/07/2022, is extended by a period of two weeks from today, as a matter of last chance.

The application is disposed of.
