DATED : 01-08-2018 One of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant in Crime 246/2015 is to deposit the Passport with the Investigating Officer till the filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

The order was passed on 22-8-2016. The chargesheet is yet to be filed. The applicants are seeking temporary release of the Passport on the ground that their son Kartik is suffering from Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia and is to be treated at Kaula Lampur. Dr. Shri Shanmugasiva has given an appointment on 158-2018. 3.

In view of the reasons pleaded in the application, the application is allowed.

The Investigating Officer is directed to release the

The applicants shall surrender the Passport to the Investigating Officer within two months.

6.

The applicants to furnish their travelling schedule to the Investigating Officer seven days prior to the departure from India.
