09th August, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the interim protection that was granted by this Court on 5th January, 2016 while issuing notice be continued for a period of eight weeks to enable the applicant to take appropriate steps in the matter. It is stated that the applicant is in possession and hence such time be granted.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant no.1 on the ground that the delay itself has not been condoned.

Considering the fact that on 5th January, 2016, the

possession of the applicant was protected by imposing certain conditions, this protection is continued for a period of six weeks from today and the same shall cease to operate automatically thereafter.

Civil Application is disposed of.
