DATE : February 22, 2018 Prayer is to condone delay in filing the second appeal. This prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient. On perusal of the application, I do not find that the delay has been deliberately caused. Hence delay in filing the second appeal is condoned.
