Civil Application (CAW) No.1779 of 2021 Civil Application No.1779 of 2021 is filed on record for bringing the legal heir of deceased respondent No.8 Shriram Kacharu Deshmane on record. One of the legal heir namely, Kashinath Shriram Deshmane is already on record as respondent No.9. I therefore, see no reason not to allow the application.

The Civil Application is therefore, allowed.

Mr. Badrinath Shriram Deshmane be brought on record as respondent No.10.
