The only prayer made by this application is to direct the respondent-authority to decide the application dated 26.12.2024 for premature release in view of the Government Resolution No.RLP-1006/CR-621/PRS-3 issued on 15.03.2010.

As the application for premature release has been pending since 26.12.2024 and despite a reasonable period having lapsed, no decision has been made by the respondent authority.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with the direction as sought for.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the application for premature release, within a period of three weeks from nd.thawre

today.
