DATED : 07.04.2025 The present application is filed for grant of early hearing by fixed date. Earlier, application for early hearing was allowed and matter was directed to be listed in the final hearing Board dated 31.03.2022. However, on the said date, Advocate for petitioner could not attend the matter. Therefore, this Court imposed costs of Rs.5000/-. The said costs is duly deposited. As such, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Accordingly, application is allowed. 2.
