Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.192 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail. The accusations against the applicant, aged about 22 years, is that he harassed the victim aged about 15 years by following her regularly and giving unwanted proposals. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that the applicant is habitual offender or indulging in such activities regularly. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

Considering the facts of the case and nature of accusations against the applicant, following order is passed:

2 aba563.17 In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.192 of 2017, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Ten Thousand.
