2) Present petition is directed against the order below Exh.24 dated 12/02/2018 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Nagpur in Trade Union Application No.3/2014, whereby application filed by the Rashtriya Mazdoor Sangh, Nagpur came to be allowed and the Trade Union Dispute Application No.3/2014 was dismissed as it became infructuous. 3) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and 2 submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition was regarding the elections of the trade unions for the year 2012 to 2015. The term of said election was already over and even subsequently three elections were already held. 4) In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition, accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
