Accepting the explanation given in the application, the respondent no.1-State of Maharashtra is granted time till 30-06-2020. However, the conduct of the Joint Secretary, Medical Education and Drugs Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai is deprecated.

By the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.7952/2018 on 24-04-2019, the respondent no.-1-State of Maharashtra was directed to take decision on the representations made by the petitioners as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of the judgment. The time specified by this Court to take decision on the representations made by the petitioners expired on 23-07-2019. This Civil Application is filed on 10-12-2019 and no steps are taken to circulate the Civil Application to obtain appropriate orders on it. The callous approach of the respondent no.1-State of Maharashtra, Medical Education and Drugs Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai cannot be pardoned. Hence, the Joint Secretary is directed to deposit

2 wp 7952.18 Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and file affidavit of compliance on record of this petition till 30-06-2020.
