At the instance of report lodged by the injured, crime was registered. Perusal of report indicates that the role ascribed to applicant no.1 - Geetam Wankhade was to the extent of holding the injured by his hands. There are no allegation against applicant no.1-Geetam about causing hurt by weapons. 3.

At the time of hearing, this Court has expressed its non-inclination to grant pre-arrest protection to applicant No.2 - Rahul Wankhade. On such an expression, learned Counsel appearing for applicants has requested for withdrawal of this application to the extent of applicant no.2-Rahul Wankhade.

Having regard to the limited role of the applicant No.1 - Geetam Wankhade, his liberty can be

(a) The Criminal Application stands allowed as regards to applicant no.1-Geetam Wankhade and disposed of.

(b) Ad-interim order dated 23.11.2021 is hereby made absolute upon same terms and conditions.

(c) Henceforth, applicant no.1 -Geetam Wankhade shall attend concerned Police Station, as and when called.

(d) Application as regards to applicant no.2Rahul Wankhade stands disposed of since withdrawn.
