CORAM

DATE : 19 th NOVEMBER, 2019.
Read request letter bearing Outward No.2153/2019, dated 12/11/2019 sent by learned Adhoc District Judge-1, Washim and also read the judgment and order dated 22/08/2019 passed by this Court in A.O. No.47/2018.
Learned Advocate Shri V.B. Gawali for respondent No.1 invited my attention to the observation in paragraph 4 of the order dated 22/08/2019. It says as, "it is made clear that no further extension for disposing of the said appeal shall be granted".
Still, I feel that extension can be granted considering the reason quoted in the request letter that though matter is closed for judgment, the learned Judge could not give dictation due to his illness. Falling
ao.47.18.odt 2/2 ill is beyond the control of anyone. Both the learned Advocates for the parties have consented for extension. Hence, the request is accepted.
Extension of two months for disposal of Regular Civil Appeal No.94/2013 is granted. The parties to cooperate the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-I, Washim, as and when required.
