This is an application filed by the claimantrespondent no.1 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this court towards acquisition of his land.

Taking into consideration the requirement of the claimant, he is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on usual undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing of solvent surety/security.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
