He has submitted that as per the judgment of this Court the Insurance Company was directed to deposit the amount of compensation before this Court. Instead of depositing the amount of compensation before this Court, the Insurance Company has deposited amount of compensation before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola (District Court, Akola). The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount of compensation from the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola (District Court, Akola).

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
