DATE D : 10/04/2024 Mr. Karode, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits, that the discrepancies in the proposal, as pointed out by the learned Counsel for respondent, on the basis of the communication dated 13.09.2023, by the Education Officer Primary, Zilla Parishad, Akola, copy of which has been handed over to him, shall be cured.

In case, the same is cured, the respondent shall decide the proposal, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
