The challenge in the writ petition is to an order rejecting the application for amending the written statement. The said order had been passed on 21/09/2013 while the present writ petition has been filed on 26/08/2014. It is further informed that as the proceedings before the trial Court were not stayed, two more witnesses had been examined by the plaintiff.

Considering the interlocutory nature of the impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It would be open for the present petitioners to challenge the order refusing amendment in appeal if occasion therefor arises. With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
