The petition is for externment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition in view of the fact that there is alternate remedy under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act. She submits that if the appeal is filed, the same be directed to dispose of within stipulated period. Accordingly, we direct learned Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the appeal, if filed, within two months from the date of presentation of the appeal.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in above terms.
In view of disposal of writ petition, pending criminal application/s are accordingly disposed of.
