The applicant/respondent Nos. 1-A, 1-B, 2, 4 and 5 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw a balance of 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon, for which learned counsel for appellant has no objection to withdraw 25% amount on usual undertaking.

Having considered the facts and the no objection of learned counsel for appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are entitled to withdraw 25% of the amount, along with accrued interest thereon, within five weeks, upon furnishing the usual undertaking.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 25% of the amount along with interest accrued thereon in the account number of respective applicants in proportionate to their share within five weeks, on furnishing undertaking by the applicants to the Registry. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
