2] Perused the application.

3] Considering the reasons mentioned in para 1 one of the application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve respondent No.3 through substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

4] Stand over after two weeks.

CIVIL APPLICATION (O) NO. 1749/2019 IN CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 1537/2019 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 1982/2019.

5] By way of this application, respondent Nos.1 and 2/ original claimants are seeking

16CAF 441.2021 permission to withdraw the decreetal amount along with interest.

6] Considering the reasons mentioned in para 3 and 4 of the application, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the decreetal amount along with interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

7] Civil Application stands disposed of.
